Great service, very straight forward and the money comes in the same day. Absolutely brilliant. One thing I would say, the valuation you get when first starting isn’t accurate at all. The reasons for lowering my final quote price given were a complete cop out. Make it clear that price depends on things such as better when those questions aren’t asked when obtaining the first quote. Battery at 85% usage for a phone that’s 2 years old incurs a drop of over £100 in what they offer seems a bit of a joke. That being said, great company, great service and same day payments make it much better.

It’s evident the device has had a replacement screen due to the top edges having small bubbles, but these just needed to be pressed out, which didn’t bother me.Overall very satisfied.
