I was happy with the watch otherwise and Georgia offered a partial refund to reflect âgoodâ condition rather than âexcellentâ after I sent photos requested or a full refund and reorder . I agreed to a partial refund and it was sent promptly . The watch is excellent otherwise . Georgia was very quick to sort my query and very kind and helpful .
