Order Number 232807.I obtained a good quote via Moneysupermarket and accepted. The postage pack arrived within two days and I sent my iPhone in using the supplied Tracked 24 label. It arrived next day (Thursday) and went through the checking process. By 4pm the next day, the full amount, plus an extra £5 for sending the phone in within seven days, was in my account. This is the first time that I have used GradeMobile and I can’t rate them highly enough. A simple, quick, fluid and amazing process. I was kept informed every step of the way. This company offered the highest price for my mobile so contacted them for a prepaid senders pack. Do beware - the insurance for this is only £150 in the event of loss, I bought my own postage to ensure I was covered for the full value of the phone. That said, all communication was great - I was kept updated from receipt to valuation. And they paid exactly what they said they would, together with a little extra for sending within 7 days. Received the agreed valuation, the phone was in exceptional condition. The valuations offered are for your phone being in AS NEW CONDITION so unless it’s as it’s comes out the box then do not expect to get top money. I sent in 2 others which were in very good condition in my opinion but they were downgraded to average and poor but you can reject the amount offered and get the phone sent back should you wish to not accept.
