Received the agreed valuation, the phone was in exceptional condition. The valuations offered are for your phone being in AS NEW CONDITION so unless itâs as itâs comes out the box then do not expect to get top money. I sent in 2 others which were in very good condition in my opinion but they were downgraded to average and poor but you can reject the amount offered and get the phone sent back should you wish to not accept.

I was happy with the watch otherwise and Georgia offered a partial refund to reflect âgoodâ condition rather than âexcellentâ after I sent photos requested or a full refund and reorder .
