Pros: Great choice of phones. My refurbished iPhone 14 turned up next day. Looks and seems to work like new. Saved about £150 from buying new. Very happy. 😃 Cons: Had a £10 off voucher code which was accepted by website first time I attempted to pay but my bank held up the payment until I’d confirmed it was me, when I went through payment process again it wouldn’t accept the voucher code, even though the payment went through successfully. Mildly annoying.

Even though I did the quote over the Xmas & new year period, still only took a week to complete. Received £80 more than trading in with the Apple Store & an extra £5 for returning the handset within 7 days. The only slight negative was that with the free postage envelope the handset was only insured up to the value of £150 so I had to pay nearly £10 to increase the cover but that was my choice to do this. This extra cost was obviously more than covered by the extra money I got. Would defo use again. 220281

The delivery was super efficient! And I couldn’t be happier with my refurbished Apple Watch Series 5/40mm/Cellular4GIt’s in Pristine condition and it functions perfectly. The battery is just under 80% but it functions very well and the battery lasts a good while, after charging it over night. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
