Great service, very straight forward and the money comes in the same day. Absolutely brilliant. One thing I would say, the valuation you get when first starting isn’t accurate at all. The reasons for lowering my final quote price given were a complete cop out. Make it clear that price depends on things such as better when those questions aren’t asked when obtaining the first quote. Battery at 85% usage for a phone that’s 2 years old incurs a drop of over £100 in what they offer seems a bit of a joke. That being said, great company, great service and same day payments make it much better.

My daughter’s old iPhone urgently needed replacement but there was only a small budget to do it so we started looking at refurbished. I got this via Amazon and the phone was exactly as described. Good 85% battery. A couple of tiny scratches that you can only see if you go looking and otherwise a phone for a fraction of the list price. Oh and a great selection of colours including yellow :). I sent the phone on Tuesday which they received on Wednesday but I only got the valuation on Saturday morning. Since I was not very happy with the first valuation and it was on the weekend, I had to wait until Monday morning for the manager to review and approve the payment, which cause further delay in receiving the funds. Some other platforms usually complete everything within 24 hours of receiving and testing the phone, so this slower turnaround was noticeable. That said, I’m still pleased with the service and the final outcome.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
