From start to finish I found the process very easy. I was provided with an estimated valuation based on answering a few questions and agreed to the process; all of which was explained on the website. I was them provided with a reference number and access to a portal which enabled me to track the process at all times. Packaging and a tracked label were provided to help. The was also excellent communication from the Grade Mobile team throughout the process. My final valuation was provided once Grade mobile had checked over the phone which although slightly below the estimated value was still better than a number of other companies offered. Once I was happy with the valuation and accepted the valuation payment was received within 2 hrs! Very pleased with the whole process and the manner in which it progressed. Pros: Great choice of phones. My refurbished iPhone 14 turned up next day. Looks and seems to work like new. Saved about £150 from buying new. Very happy. 😃 Cons: Had a £10 off voucher code which was accepted by website first time I attempted to pay but my bank held up the payment until I’d confirmed it was me, when I went through payment process again it wouldn’t accept the voucher code, even though the payment went through successfully. Mildly annoying.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
